Gift vouchers Terms and Conditions

  1. Treat your Gift Voucher like cash, Gift Vouchers are your responsibility to take care of within your possession.
  2. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen Gift Vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
  3. Rejuvenate Mobile Massage Gift Vouchers may be redeemed/booked by calling, emailing or booking your treatment online.
  4. You must bring your Gift Voucher with you at the time of your appointment as this is your form of payment, treatment payment will not be honored without your Gift Voucher.
  5. If you have an online Gift Voucher this must be printed and presented at the time of your appointment, or the services will not be honored via Gift Voucher payment.
  6. Our Cancellation Policy is very strict, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to your appointment time, failure to adhere to this policy will result in your Gift Voucher being fully redeemed.
  7. Gift Vouchers have a value at the date of purchase for a Package or Treatment, if any price increases are relevant at the time of the Gift Voucher being redeemed the increased value of the treatment balance must be paid by the consumer.
  8. Gift Vouchers will expire 1095 days from date of purchase.
  9. Expired Gift Vouchers will not be honored.
  10. Failure to keep an appointment will result in the Gift Voucher becoming void and fully redeemed.
  11. Gift Vouchers will not be exchanged, refunded or redeemed for cash, products or day spa treatments.
  12. Gift Vouchers cannot be reloaded.
  13. It is your responsibility to use the full value of the voucher before the expiry date.
  14. Unused balances on a Gift Voucher will not be refunded, credited and no cash will be given for any unused balances.
  15. If your treatment exceeds the available value on your Gift Voucher you must make up the difference with an alternative form of payment.
  16. We reserve the right to change any terms contained within these Terms & Conditions at any time.
